Introducing the “Wabi Sabi” Japanese Rice Lager.
For this release, we partnered with our friends at Fast Fashion Brewing to create a special beer collaboration inspired by the rice lagers of Japan. Based in the old Ebbets Field Flannels factory building of Seattle’s SoDo district, Fast Fashion Brewing is a hop-focused brewery dedicated to limited release beers. The brewery’s constantly changing tap rotation is akin to the fast fashion trends that inspire their name, and as the brew team will tell you, “that’s exactly the point.”
This all-new beer is hopped with Saaz and Tettnang hops from the Yakima Valley to yield an easy-drinking ultra-crisp lager. The 16oz beer cans are decorated with four collaborative labels, each featuring jeans from Blue Owl’s denim archive.
